Ryan is a long-time member of the AirBNB community and has assisted in the renting and preparation of properties for short-term guests. As a technology professional, Ryan has gained much experience in the corporate world for over 20 years and brings that savvy and experience to Cloud 9 Rentals to help provide professional and dedicated service to property owners. Motivation to succeed and dedication are not in short supply for Ryan. As a former Ironman triathlete, a current practitioner of Muay Thai kickboxing, and top-ranked Spartan athlete, Ryan brings the same tenacity and effort to helping property owners safely and securely lease their properties and release them from the day-to-day effort of property management.
Tanna Donalson
Tanna is a long term host of the Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com communities. She has hosted short term groups from all over the world for 5 years now and has mastered the art of making their stays comfortable, smooth and enjoyable. Prior to hosting short term stays, she had long term tenants in her property and began to realize how much better it was for her as an owner to stick to short term stays instead. Her property was cleaned constantly, there was far less wear and tear, and she experienced much more flexibility and freedom with her time. The establishment of AirRent was born out of her desire to scale the business she was already running and offer the same flexibility and freedom to other owners just like herself. As a successful entrepreneur and Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine, Tanna is no stranger to hard work and strives for the very best for her clients.
